  • We offer following classes on DVDs – Demonstrated by Dr. Lina

  1. Foundation of Ayurveda- Basic Principles in Ayurveda
  2. Ayurvedic Nutrition and Cooking classes – SERIES OF 3 CLASSES –
  • Basics – Information on DIGESTIVE spices, Khichari stew and Chapati – Whole Wheat Bread
  • Vegetables with Bonus – 2 condiments : Healing Potatoes, Spicy Cabbage and Stuffed Eggplant Ayurvedic style & two types of Chutneys – Peanut Chutney (Dry), Cilantro -Coconut Chutney
  • Daals/ Lentils & Beans with two bonus recipes- Detailed information on various daals/lentils and beans, Spinach with Mung Daal/soup, Chana Masala – Chick peas cooked ayurvedic style, Tomato ginger soup with coconut and Cucumber tomato salad.

     3 Meditation & Pranayama (includes breathing exercises) – Healing tool for mental and spiritual well- being.

Total package fees – $750/person (saving of $300 by booking series)

Single class – $200/class/person

  • Meditation for emotional and spiritual healing.- Technique of mediation will be provided.
  • Ayurvedic Herbology – How to offer basic herbs for prevention and well being.
  • Panchakarma Detox – The science behind Detox.
  • Clinical Assessment by Ayurvedic Science. – Includes Pulse assessment.
